The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of an RN, advanced practice provider, or physician. The role supports resident health, comfort and safety across the lifespan and participates as a member of the interdisciplinary care team. This position is focused on providing care in a clinical, onsite environment during 12-hour night shifts.
