BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is a paid, accredited residency for new nursing graduates (scheduled or passed NCLEX) to begin a career in home health. The program provides a 6-week paid training and shadowing period with access to simulation labs and one-on-one care placements. Residents receive weekly pay, flexible scheduling after training, and support including electronic charting and 24/7 clinical backup.
