LPN Per Diem

The LPN Per Diem position supports the Wellness Nurse and staff in a memory care facility, focusing on medication management, resident treatments, and covering staffing needs as required. The role involves monitoring resident conditions, documenting care in Matrix-Care, and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards. The LPN also assists in care plan development, participates in committee meetings, and provides direct care to residents on an as-needed basis.
