This role requires flexibility in work location within Community Hospice inpatient centers and involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications
- Current License as a Licensed Practical Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of Florida
- IV Certification in the state of Florida
- Current CPR Certification
