About this role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Rehabilitation Unit providing supervised, patient-centered care for pediatric through aging adult patients affected by chronic illness or disabilities. The position is a .8 FTE (32 hours/week) first-shift role (7:00am–3:30pm) focused on delivering safe, culturally competent clinical support within an interdisciplinary health system setting. The LPN reports to the Unit Manager and works on-site in a hospital rehabilitation environment.
