LPN - Residential Services

This role provides direct medical care and support to residents in a community home setting, focusing on routine health maintenance, behavioral understanding, and long-term advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health conditions. The position involves administering medications, monitoring health and safety, and collaborating with support staff to ensure individual care plans are followed. The LPN also advocates for residents during medical appointments and participates in support plan meetings to promote person-centered care.
