About this role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing professional nursing care to long-term and post-acute residents in a skilled nursing/rehab setting. The role supports clinical leadership by overseeing CNA activities and ensuring accurate resident records and compliance with facility protocols. This position is scheduled evenings (2pm–10pm) for 24 hours per week at DeMay Living Center.
