LPN - Sunset - FT Days

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Sanford Health provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in a long-term care setting under the supervision of an RN, advanced practice provider, or physician. The role focuses on ensuring residents' health, comfort, and safety while administering medications and treatments as ordered and contributing to resident assessments. The LPN documents care and outcomes, supports interdisciplinary team members, and may perform IV therapy where required.
