About this role
An LPN/LVN in this role provides direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities of nursing assistants. The position ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies and reports to the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to maintain high-quality resident care.
