LPN

The role is a full‑time night shift Licensed Practical Nurse position in a home‑like assisted living setting, providing autonomous resident care, assessments, and coordination with physicians. The LPN will build relationships with residents and families, oversee medication orders, and serve as Manager on Duty as needed.
