The role is a full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse position working the 3 pm‑11 pm shift in a non‑institutional, home‑like assisted living setting. The LPN will provide autonomous resident care, assess and manage care plans, collaborate with physicians, and support the team while receiving comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.
