LPN

The LPN provides high-quality direct routine care to residents under the supervision of the RN, ensuring compliance with Board of Nursing standards and facility policies. This role involves participating in the development of resident care plans, collecting health data, and monitoring the well-being of residents to support their physical, mental, and psychosocial health. The position also includes supervising unlicensed nursing staff and maintaining a safe, compliant environment for all residents.
