LPN

This role offers Licensed Practical Nurses the autonomy to manage resident care and utilize assessment skills within a non-institutional, home-like setting. The position involves building relationships with residents and their families, collaborating with physicians, and providing clinical leadership in a supportive team environment. LPNs will be responsible for creating care plans, educating residents on health and wellness, and serving as the Manager on Duty.
