LPN

This role involves independently performing systematic and continuous assessments of patients' physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs in conjunction with the medical plan of care. The nurse plans and implements appropriate interventions, evaluates their effectiveness, and adjusts the care plan as needed to ensure safe and effective patient care. The position requires a current Missouri Practical Nurse License or a license from a compact state, along with IV certification.
