LPN

The LPN assists the Provider in direct patient care, demonstrating knowledge and skills to communicate effectively with staff, patients, families, and visitors while respecting their cultural and religious beliefs. The role involves delivering patient care under supervision, maintaining exam rooms, and ensuring accurate documentation of vital signs and patient education. The LPN must be flexible, adhere to infection-control policies, and support operational needs by floating to other clinic locations as required.
