LPT/LVN

The LPT/LVN provides comprehensive medication services to members in the MHSA-FSP program under the supervision of the Assistant Program Director and psychiatrists. The role involves counseling members on medication compliance, administering medications, and providing intensive crisis intervention services to prevent hospitalization or incarceration. The position requires collaboration with interagency staff, families, and community resources to support member recovery and independent living skills.
