LSS MU - Director Engineering

The Director of Engineering leads the Engineering function for the Modifications and Upgrades Business Unit in the United States, overseeing a team of approximately 100 Mechanical and Controls engineers. This role is responsible for managing a $300M portfolio of 250+ active projects, ensuring safe work environments, customer satisfaction, and financial performance across various system modifications and upgrades. The position reports to the Sr. Director of Engineering of Modification and Upgrades and supports customer sites to improve safety, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
