LTAMDS / Ghosteye LCE CPT Lead

The Cross Product Team (CPT) Lead at RTX’s Life Cycle Engineering organization will own the sustainment strategy for the LTAMDS and Ghost Eye product lines, ensuring sustainment is integrated across design, production, and fielding. The role is embedded within the program, partnering with engineering, supply chain, quality, and program management to align life‑cycle activities with program objectives. It supports domestic and international engagement and requires the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
