About this role

The LTSS Nurse Liaison provides clinical determination and authorization support for members receiving Long Term Services and Supports, synthesizing assessment data to establish functional levels and produce clinical determinations. This hybrid role manages a dedicated appeal queue, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with health plan Utilization Management teams and market care staff. The position requires an active Massachusetts RN or NP license and involves direct member interaction as needed.

Manage appeal queue and prepare clinical summary materials for Board of Hearings proceedings
Coordinate with health plan Utilization Management teams to resolve clinical exchange matters

Skills

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing in Massachusetts
