About this role

AstraZeneca's LUMINI Operations Graduate Program is a two-year, structured trainee program based at the Södertälje manufacturing campus that offers three tailored 8-month rotations across operations functions. The program provides mentoring, coaching and practical experience to accelerate early-career development and prepare participants for long-term operational roles within the company. Participants gain exposure to production, quality, supply chain and supporting business areas in an international life-science environment.
