LVN Supervisor

The LVN Supervisor provides support to the Director of Resident Care in overseeing the supervision and training of Caregivers and MedTechs to ensure quality personal services for residents in Independent, Assisted Living, and Dementia/Alzheimer’s care. This role involves evaluating staffing needs, assessing resident conditions, and coordinating medical care to maintain high standards of service. The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with various healthcare professionals and families.
