The LVN assists physicians with patient care and follow-up in a clinic setting, performing duties such as interviewing patients, obtaining vital signs, and assisting with exams and treatments. The role involves charting, managing phone prescriptions, and performing triage to identify emergent situations while working under the direction of a Team Lead or Provider. This position requires providing direct patient care and clinical functions within established policies and procedures.
