LVN

The LVN implements the established plan of care for chronically ill and technologically dependent residents, providing total care, administering medications, and performing treatments under the direct supervision of the RN. This role involves collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring the physical, psycho-social, and spiritual needs of residents are met. The position requires maintaining accurate records, providing resident and family education, and adhering to facility policies and clinical standards of practice.
