This role leads customer-facing organizational change and adoption engagements for enterprise and public-sector clients, focusing on realizing value from Microsoft 365 Copilot after technical enablement. The position involves translating AI capabilities into practical workflows, building employee confidence, and creating scalable adoption methods that customers can sustain. It also includes leading major client engagements while helping to build a growing Adoption and Change Management practice with repeatable methodologies and high-performing teams.
