M365 Security Engineer

The M365 Security Engineer will architect, deploy, and manage the Microsoft Purview data protection ecosystem, serving as the technical authority for classifying, labeling, and protecting sensitive information across the M365 stack. This role bridges the gap between high-level compliance requirements and technical enforcement to ensure data security in a cloud-first environment. The position involves designing global security strategies, implementing information protection and DLP policies, and managing eDiscovery and Insider Risk Management workflows. Additionally, the engineer will act as a Tier 3 escalation point for security incidents and mentor junior team members on M365 security best practices.
