About this role

The M4 Finance Lead supports the Naval Standard Missile Systems SM-6 team by managing financial activities for unclassified and classified programs within the Shipboard Missiles SSBU. This role involves leading a team of analysts, conducting financial variance analysis, and preparing monthly Earned Value reports for program management. The position serves as the financial point of contact for program teams and functional partners to ensure accurate forecasting and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of analysts and support program teams with external Earned Value Management System processes
Compile monthly Earned Value reports and coordinate financial planning activities including RPLAN updates
Analyze program financial performance and communicate performance impacts to stakeholders and management

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldDoD Clearance: SecretU.S. citizenship
