About this role
An Associate on the M&A team supporting analysis, structuring, negotiation and execution of larger, complex transactions across oil & gas, metals, renewables, power and related infrastructure. The role also provides support to the Operating Asset Division on business planning, project analysis and strategy for existing assets. Over time the Associate is expected to lead and manage smaller transactions and contribute to value creation across asset lifecycles.
