M&A & Corporate Counsel

The M&A & Corporate Counsel at Amynta Group is a senior in-house attorney supporting strategic and transactional initiatives across a high-growth, PE-backed portfolio company. Reporting to the General Counsel, the role partners with the internal M&A team and senior business leaders to advance corporate growth objectives and provide consistent legal counsel across the organization. This position operates in an entrepreneurial environment and contributes to corporate governance, finance, and commercial matters.
