The M&A Intern provides administrative and data-management support to the Mergers & Acquisitions Liability team, focusing on processing submissions, maintaining electronic records, and supporting the shared submissions inbox. The role involves managing a significant volume of electronic information, including downloading, extracting, organizing, and uploading documents from data rooms and maintaining related spreadsheets. This hands-on position offers step-by-step virtual training to help the intern learn established processes and gradually perform them independently.
