M&A Project Manager

This role leads and manages complex Mergers & Acquisitions projects from initial assessment through post-merger integration, coordinating cross-functional teams and external advisors to ensure seamless transaction execution. The position involves developing project plans, supporting strategic evaluations, and formulating proposals for transaction terms while overseeing due diligence processes. The ideal candidate will drive economic and valuation models, negotiate deals, and ensure compliance with internal governance standards throughout the M&A lifecycle.
