Senior Director, Vaccines Medical Affairs Lead for Japan provides scientific leadership for the vaccines business, shaping and executing the country medical strategy across launches, label expansion, and evidence generation. Based in Tokyo with domestic and international travel, the role partners closely with the Country Medical Director and key external stakeholders to support patient value, scientific integrity, and compliant medical activities. The position leads a sizeable Japan Vaccines Medical Affairs organization and drives cross-functional alignment in a dynamic infectious disease environment.
