Machine Builder & Precision Assembler – 1st Shift

This role involves building, fitting, and assembling complex custom automated machinery, robotic cells, and packaging lines from the ground up in a collaborative, onsite shop environment. The position requires interpreting detailed mechanical and fluid power schematics, utilizing on-floor 3D modeling, and performing precision mechanical adjustments to exact tolerances. Candidates must have extensive experience in ground-up machine building or precision toolmaking, with a strong focus on mechanical craftsmanship and problem-solving.
