Machine Department Manager

The Production Department Machine Manager oversees the Machine Department, including manual, CNC, and grinding operations, in a climate-controlled aerospace repair facility. The role partners closely with other managers to plan short- and long-term production output, staffing, equipment, technology, quality, and training needs. It carries responsibility for department morale and motivation, ensuring work is executed systematically and safely while meeting company standards. The position supports CRT’s mission as a Safran Aircraft Engines company focused on turbine engine component repair and overhaul.
