Machine Helper 2nd Shift

The Machine Helper assists the Operator in overseeing all aspects of machine operation and assists in the manufacture of items produced while assigned to the machine. This role acts as the Operator when the Operator is absent and ensures that fellow crew members adhere to safe work policies and procedures. The position requires maintaining a safe and clean work area while assisting with the mechanical setup and running of the machine. The Machine Helper is responsible for ensuring that all orders are completed according to specifications and maintaining acceptable production rates.
