About Careit Co.

careit.com

Careit is a food rescue and donation software platform that connects businesses with surplus food to local nonprofits, making it easier to donate rather than throw food away. The platform streamlines pickup coordination, donation tracking, reporting, and documentation to help reduce waste, fight hunger, and support tax deduction claims. Careit also helps organizations meet regulatory requirements (e.g., SB 1383) and provides analytics and a nonprofit network to simplify operations. Founded on Fox Island and based in Olympia, WA, it serves businesses and community partners focused on sustainable food recovery.
