Machine Learning Engineer, Connectomics

Eon is seeking a machine learning, software, or data engineer to build and optimize large-scale connectomics reconstruction pipelines for brain emulation technology. The role involves developing machine learning workflows for image segmentation, managing TB- to PB-scale n-dimensional datasets, and creating visualizations for neural circuits. Candidates will work across ML experimentation, production data infrastructure, and scientific computing to turn biological brain data into usable computational systems.
