Machine Learning Engineer – Personalization & Growth

The role focuses on building and deploying production machine learning models for personalized recommendations, uplift modeling, and churn prediction to drive revenue, retention, and margin for Higgsfield AI's generative AI video platform. The engineer will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of these models, from feature engineering and training to serving, monitoring, and measuring business impact.
