About this role

Zafin is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build and maintain AI systems that power the AIOS Knowledge Fabric, enabling agents to reason over enterprise knowledge with accuracy and control. The role involves developing production-ready ML capabilities, including retrieval-augmented generation, model evaluation, and data pipelines, while ensuring reliability and governance for regulated banking environments. This hands-on engineering position focuses on turning ML and LLM capabilities into dependable product infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Design and build ML and AI capabilities for AIOS knowledge retrieval and model integration
Develop systems for embeddings, vector search, ranking, and retrieval-augmented generation
Build and improve model evaluation workflows, test sets, and monitoring for AI systems

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field
