Machine Learning Engineer

This role involves building, training, and deploying production machine learning models for parsing complex, unstructured documents using computer vision, vision-language models, and large language models. The engineer will own the complete ML lifecycle from research and experimentation through evaluation and production deployment, working directly with the CTO and founding team. The position requires strong Python and PyTorch experience alongside a proven track record of shipping ML systems to real users in a fast-paced startup environment.
