Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer on Danu, you will build and tune machine learning models and data pipelines for ogham, Workday's de-identification engine, to detect and redact sensitive data across AI systems. The role involves extending privacy engineering capabilities to develop a dedicated anonymization capability, implementing techniques like differential privacy and group anonymization, and optimizing model performance at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into reliable, scalable ML systems while ensuring responsible data governance.
