Machine Learning Lead (Data & AI Middleware)

The Machine Learning Lead will own the end-to-end build and governance of the AI Intelligence Layer, including data foundations, machine learning models, and middleware connecting to Salesforce. This role is responsible for developing supervised ML models, ensuring model explainability, and maintaining strict governance and compliance standards.
