About this role

XTX Markets is seeking an experienced engineer to join a small, technical team focused on ML Performance and AI Acceleration. This role involves working at high and low levels of abstraction to enhance training and inference platforms, including developing optimizing compilers for accelerated computing and mapping AI models to hardware. Candidates will work with GPU/TPU architectures and may contribute to OS-level development.

Responsibilities

Develop optimizing compilers for accelerated computing platforms
Enhance performance of training and inference systems
Design novel hardware architectures for AI models
Map AI models from JAX graphs to transistors
Solve complex algorithmic problems in low-level languages
