Machine Operator 4 (Packaging)

The Machine Operator 4 (Packaging) coordinates daily dry powder packaging operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production while leading packaging line personnel. This role serves as the technical expert for packaging equipment, supports troubleshooting and continuous improvement, and ensures production targets, quality standards, and labor efficiencies are achieved. The position requires managing line startups, shutdowns, product changeovers, and maintaining compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA, and OSHA standards.
