About this role
A Pre-Pack Level 1 team member at The LEGO Group is an entry-level production role supporting pre-pack operations beginning Q1 2026. The position is onsite in a climate-controlled facility, scheduled on 12-hour night shifts (6:00pm–6:00am) on a 2-2-3 rotation.
