Prysmian is hiring full-time machine operators at its Indianapolis Compounds facility for second and third shifts. Operators work on small teams producing compounds used by Prysmian plants for cable manufacturing, with several weeks of daytime training followed by rotating 12-hour shifts. The position is full-time, onsite, and includes day-one medical, dental, and vision benefits.
