Machine Operator

The role involves operating and supporting critical production machinery, monitoring key performance indicators such as OEE, cycle times, and scrap trends, and performing start‑ups, shutdowns, setups, changeovers, and preventive maintenance. The operator will also troubleshoot minor mechanical and programming issues, maintain accurate machine logs, and collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to improve machine efficiency while ensuring quality and compliance.
