Machine Operator

This position involves setting up and operating various machine tools, including compression molding presses, blenders, ovens, and routing machines, to produce components according to specific product specifications. The role requires selecting and securing tooling, adjusting machine settings for feeds and speeds, and verifying that work pieces meet dimensional and tolerance requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, clear communication abilities, and prior shop or mechanical experience.
