Machine Operator

The Machine Operator role involves contributing to all phases of a team-oriented production process, including operating automated equipment, diagnosing machinery failures, and performing preventative maintenance and sanitation. The position requires flexibility to rotate job assignments, monitor equipment and product quality, and make real-time decisions to ensure order fulfillment and compliance with safety and company standards. Operators must also master Enterprise software for data input, retrieval, and reporting while maintaining a safe work environment.
