The Machine Technology Service Technician services complex machine technologies, including CAT Grade 2D/3D, Telematics, and CAT Command systems, ensuring operational safety, accuracy, and efficiency. This role involves commissioning on-board technologies at the point of sale and performing field repairs on customer equipment. The technician diagnoses, troubleshoots, and performs electrical and basic hydraulic repairs while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
