Machining Floater – 2nd shift

The Machining Floater – 2nd shift is responsible for the operational skills of a Braze Technician while cross-training in various machine shop areas such as EDM operation, Manual Lathe, and Knee Mill. This role involves setting up and operating CNC Mills and Lathes, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring products meet dimensional and visual quality standards. The position requires a strong background in machining fundamentals and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
